Anna is a fully registered Psychologist with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (APHRA). She has completed a Bachelor of Psychology (Honours) at the University of Sydney and a Doctor of Clinical Psychology degree at the University of Newcastle.
Anna has gained a wealth of knowledge and experience having worked across a number of public and private health settings including hospitals, outpatient community-based services, and private practice.
Anna enjoys constantly learning and expanding her knowledge base. She has had advanced training and experience in a range of evidence-based psychological therapies including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Schema Therapy, and Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR).
Anna has also been involved in mental health research and in 2015, her Doctoral research manuscript investigating cognitive deficits in Schizophrenia was published in the Journal of Abnormal Psychology.
